The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Despite a hiccup with the front desk, the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. The room was nicely decorated, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. Being close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor meant easy access to great seafood, restaurants, and attractions like the National Aquarium. the location also allowed for quick highway access for business travelers. Although there was a mix-up with extending my stay and pet policy communication, I appreciated the hotel's amenities like free breakfast and a fitness center. Overall, a pleasant stay but improvements needed in communication and pet policy clarity.
